Projects to Funding, LLC was founded and is owned by Jose Strickland — a real estate investor and financing expert with over 27 years of experience in the industry. Our foundation was built in the Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Virginia (DMV) metropolitan area, where during our first year in business we successfully acquired over 100 residential units, establishing a strong track record in property acquisition, renovation, and portfolio development.
That experience as active real estate investors gives us a perspective most lenders simply don't have. We understand what it takes to identify profitable investments, secure financing, renovate properties, and build long-term wealth through real estate — because we've done it ourselves.
